Current APA Style permits various fonts, as long as they are legible and widely accessible to everyone. However, they also advise checking with publishers, instructors or institutions for further font requirements. Because previous APA editions recommended 12-point Times New Roman, this remains the most common APA font. Regardless of font choice, be sure to use the same font throughout.
